What to Expect

Catholic Catacombs Light is a nonprofit Catholic Bible Study Group that seeks to help explain the many unanswered questions we may have about the Bible; the history of the Church started by Jesus Christ; the scriptural origins and purpose of the Mass as the anteroom to heaven; how to respond to illogic of atheism; the value of intercessory prayer to Mary and the Saints; Catholic claims about the special reverence due Mary; the logic, beauty, and scriptural justification of Purgatory; and how to view Catholic religious authorities – past and current – who have compromised the teachings of Christ. We do not fear any related subject. The only requirement is a person’s sincere interest in growing their relationship with God through Jesus Christ and the Church he instituted. No politics.
